Information we process
We process account details, company contacts, sourcing requirements, order and payment records, delivery details and communications you choose to provide. Public RFQ summaries exclude contact details.
How information is used
Information is used to manage accounts, assess sourcing requests, prepare quotations, fulfill orders, issue documents, prevent abuse and maintain required business records.
Storefront measurement
The storefront records a limited set of first-party events such as product views, RFQ starts and checkout starts. These events do not contain names, email addresses, delivery addresses, search text, IP addresses or device fingerprints. Third-party analytics is disabled by default.
Retention and protection
Access is role restricted and sensitive actions are audited. Business records are retained only for operational, contractual, security and legal needs. Credentials and payment details should never be sent through ordinary email.
Questions and requests
Contact the address shown in the site footer to request access, correction or review of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required for contract or legal purposes.
