These terms describe how catalog information, quotations, orders and buyer accounts are used on SourcingPro.

Catalog and quotations
Published catalog prices apply only to the stated SKU, quantity tier and trade term. Custom, unpriced or specification-led products require a formal quotation. Illustrative media is labelled and must not be treated as a final production specification.
Orders and payment
A transaction becomes binding only through the confirmed quotation, order or signed commercial document. Formal sales and settlement records use USD unless the confirmed document states otherwise.
Specifications and changes
Buyers are responsible for reviewing SKU, specification, quantity, address, payment terms and delivery assumptions before confirmation. Material changes after confirmation require a recorded amendment.
Quality and fulfillment
Inspection scope, acceptance criteria, shipment method and delivery milestones follow the confirmed business record. Availability and estimated dates may change until formally confirmed.
Acceptable use
Accounts must not be shared or used to submit unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. Access may be restricted when security, compliance or payment risk requires review.
